Honey nut cereal, marshmallows, a hint of golden graham cracker, and just a whiff of ripe banana (some taste it, some do not). This is literally a mash-up blend of two separate, unfinished flavors, one developed by Beantown, the other developed by Cassadaga. The incredible, unexpected result is Honey Mellow.

The backstory of Honey Mellow is the quintessential tale of Steven Sapir & John Nathan's partnership.
John came in one night to the lab in early Spring 2016 and told Steve that he wanted to make a rice krispie treat for personal use. Steve yelled out in the lab for John to try a "honey oat cereal" instead.
John mixed up a batch and saw the merit in it. John then spent the next few months hitting a brick wall trying to finish it.
Then around June 2016, Steve comes up to John with a Golden Grahams cereal... it was absolutely delicious but missing something.
John fumbles over to his beta and Steven grabs HIS beta and they lay each liquid on a different coil in a Kennedy dripper and after taking a few hits they knew that they both had constructed 50% of the final product separately.
So then a few vigorous weeks of merging the recipes and finding additional notes and tweaking some aspects and rolling back others. Steven and John hiked the mix back and forth enough to finalize what is now known as Honey Mellow.
Like it's brother, Souly Cannoli - it may not be for everyone but there is literally nothing like it.
